Logans Covid-19 Prevention Policy

 

Logans Pianos are committed to keeping our customers and staff safe, while providing the best quality customer service during this challenging period.

In accordance with guidelines and regulations provided by the NSW State Government and World Health Organisation, Logans Pianos will be implementing the following policies to help keep both our customers and staff as safe as possible. These policies are effective immediately, until further notice:

Customers

From Monday 11/10/21, our Burwood storefront will be open in a limited capacity. Customers will be allowed into the store under the following conditions:

  1. They are feeling well (i.e - no temperature, cough, fever or other COVID symptoms)
  2. They check in via the QR code and show to a staff member
  3. They provide proof of double Vaccination or exemption
  4. They wear a mask over their nose and mouth while on the premises
  5. They use hand sanitiser before entering
  6. Social distance in store (1.5m, or one adult Kangaroo apart)


Customers who cannot meet the above criteria are still encouraged to use our free click and collect services.

We will allow a total maximum of 3 customer groups in the store at any one time. (A customer group will count as up to 2 people from the same group) This is well below the 1 person per 4sqm rule the government has in place, but we prefer to air on the side of caution.

Please note refusal to adhere to these rules carries the the risk of heavy fines for customers and staff, and Logans Pianos from the NSW government. Customers who refuse to comply will not be allowed in the store. No exceptions.

Staff

Staff must wear facemask while on the premises, and wash hands before and after handling merchandise, and maintain a safe distance from customers.
